HISTORY
Glen Lakes Orthopaedic
Clinic was formed by Dr. Benzel C. MacMaster in 1982 shortly after he
began practicing General Orthopaedics in Dallas. At that time, the only
available office space near Presbyterian Hospital was at 9900 N. Central
Expressway in the Glen Lakes area, so the name, "Glen Lakes Orthopaedic
Clinic" was born. Bernie L. McCaskill, M.D. joined Dr. MacMaster later
in 1982 and from that time forward, both physicians have served their
patients in the same location until November of 2004 when they moved the
practice to Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, Professional Building II.
